My family often shares helmets, can we still use Helmet I.D?

Whilst Helmet I.D is ideally used for each member of the family it could be completed with more general information to provide contact information. However if a member of the family has a particular medical condition then it is best that they have their own I.D tag with details of such conditions.

Can I update the information my Sports ID contains?

All of our ID products are supplied with two cards that allows you to update your information should your emergency contacts or medical details change. To update the product you simply discard the original ID card, complete and insert the spare card. Further spare cards can be obtained upon request.

How reflective are your ID products?

All of our “Sports ID” products feature genuine 3M Scotchlite® reflective material which provides excellent light reflective properties in low light conditions.

Can I use any pen to fill out my ID information?

The ID cards are compatible with a wide range of pens types from permanent markers through to ball-point pens. However, for long-term retention and clarity of your ID information we recommend the use of an ultra-fine tipped permanent marker such as a Sharpie Ultra-fine.

How waterproof are your ID products?

All of our products are 100% waterproof including the ID card kept inside. Unlike many competitors ID products, our Personnel I.D band can be used whilst swimming in the pool or ocean and can withstand hours of immersion.

What size wristband will fit?

Is there a subscription fee?

There are no subscription fees with our products. All the information is stored on the waterproof cards and is immediately available to the emergency services.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We certainly can but we may also refer you to a supplier in your country if we know of one. By sending an email to info@polartags.co.uk we can provide you with a quote for the products you require and Postage & Packing to your country. This may take a little longer but we will do our best to get them to you quickly.
